How to log a Service Request for a new Change or Feature in Mantle
The purpose of this section is to explain the process for requesting new functionality within the Mantle system.
If you are reporting an issue, please log an 'Issue' under the relevant category.
All new Change/Feature requests are reviewed monthly and will be considered for potential inclusion in upcoming releases.
The process to request a new feature is as follows:
Go to the Mantle Support Portal - https://mantleservices.freshservice.com/support/home
Click on ‘Request a Service’ (as shown below).

From the Service Catalogue, choose the ‘Mantle Functionality’ and then ‘Mantle Feature / Change Request’ (as shown below).

Complete the online form, including as much information as possible, then click ‘Place Request’ (as shown below). Please note that it is important to provide as much background information on your requirements as possible.
Requests may be rejected if there has not been enough detail provided to adequately assess the request.
