Deleting Data, Benefit Categories and a Scheme on Mantle (For Account Managers)
In order to delete a scheme on Mantle, you must first delete the data and benefit category.
Deleting Data
Click on the ‘Scheme Setup’ tab, then the relevant scheme in the list

Click on the basis within the benefit category section within the scheme

Scroll to the bottom of the page once inside the basis and click on ‘Delete Scheme Category Member Data’. This will start the process of deleting the data – please note that the time taken to delete all data will depend on the size of data set.
- Please note, if you can’t see the option to delete data, check with your Account Manager/Super User to confirm you have the correct permissions to the scheme

Deleting a Benefit Category
A benefit category can only be deleted once the data within it has been deleted (As per the steps above).
The next step is to go back into the scheme and select the basis within the benefit category section

Scroll to the bottom of the page once inside the basis and click on ‘Delete Scheme Category’

An entire scheme can be deleted once the data and benefit category within them have been deleted (as per the instructions above).
To delete a scheme, click on the ‘Scheme Setup’ tab and select your scheme

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Delete Scheme’
