Logging into Mantle
Overview
As a new user an account will need to be created on Mantle with the appropriate permissions level(s).
User permissions and secure use recommendations are explained in the Mantle Permissions and Secure Use Recommendations Solutions Article as well as the different Scheme Permissions and User Roles which are outlined in a separate Solutions Articles. Please refer to these for further guidance, particularly if you are unsure if you have the necessary permissions to perform a specific task.
Once a new account has been created the user will receive a QR code to enable them to complete the initial log in process. From there they will then sign in using either the Two Factor Authentication Process or Single Sign On.
Once signed in, select Admin and Home from the drop down on the top right hand side.

On the next screen click on the cog in the top right hand corner.

From this screen, check the notification email is correct and upload an electronic signature. This will be required for any user running multi-markdown templates.

If the electronic signature needs to be added or amended, click on either Choose File or Paste Clipboard Image to upload an image for use as a signature.
Lastly, check the telephone number has been set up, again this is required for any user running multi-markdown templates.
Access Clients under the Administration drop down on the left hand menu.

Select the user name within the Users Table at the top of the screen.

The telephone number will then be shown on the next screen. If this is not completed, please refer back to the Super User / Account Manager for this to be corrected before attempting to draft any letters.
