Workflow Reporting and Visibility
Overview
The following should act as a guide on how to view, manage and monitor workflows on Mantle.
View your Workflow Tasks
On the Administration Home Dashboard screen the workflow tasks will display at the top of the page.

This display will show any workflows assigned to the user logged in and any assigned as unallocated doer/checker.
On the top right there are two drop-down options to alter the display. If the administrator has access to more than one scheme using the All Scheme Drop-down allows the user to view only one specific scheme workflows at a time. Using the All Tasks Drop-down allows the user to ‘filter’ the tasks by for example, only tasks allocated to the user specifically, only tasks not at an external status etc.
Clicking on any workflow will expand the checklist on the right-hand side and allow the user to access the checklist/member record to action accordingly or to re-assign to another user from the drop-down list at ‘Assigned to’.

Workflow tasks will display in order by Status as default, other column headings can be clicked on to alter the view. Status order will run from overdue to within current SLA to tasks currently with an external and diary in place.

Updating an external and/or diary will move the position of a workflow – please refer to separate Solutions Article on usage of workflow checklists.
View all Workflow Tasks on a scheme or another user
On the Administration Home Dashboard screen click on the Magnifying Glass icon next to the user name;

From the next screen administrators can view all schemes or one specific scheme at a time. The date range can be altered to view specific data. The dates will default at current date and display all open casework. Results can either be viewed on screen (as below) or extracted in a CSV file.

The CSV download will probably the information displayed on screen but in varying formats, for daily reviewing of the outstanding task the most useful section of the excel file is likely to be the final grouping in the report.

Alternatively on the Administration Home Dashboard screen click on the Three Bar icon next to the user name;

This will present the workflows tasks grouped by users and by scheme (if more than one scheme access), it will also display all the workflows within the bottom table. Selecting on a specific user will refresh the workflows displayed in the bottom table to those currently with that user.

As before, clicking on any workflow will expand the checklist on the right-hand side allowing the task to be reassigned or worked on.
The same CSV report highlighted above can also be accessing through this screen by clicking on the Page Icon in the top right and generating the report.
