Benefit Upload
To update Benefit Items in bulk, it is easiest to use the CSV download/upload method.
Step 1 - Navigate to the "Bulk Download" page in the Administration menu. Download a template for your chosen scheme by selecting the relevant options from the highlighted dropdown menus:

Step 2 - select the relevant checkbox options and click "Start":

Step 3 - From here, we can edit any or all properties of a benefit item/items using the full capabilities of Microsoft Excel:

Step 4 - Navigate to the "Benefit Upload" page in the Administration Menu and select the relevant scheme from the dropdown menu:

Step 5 - Select "Add Another." Navigate to the upload file, select your target scheme from the dropdown menu, and then select "Start Upload." This will initiate a test run since we did not tick the "Autosave" checkbox from the Upload Options window.

Step 6 - If the test run completed successfully (as shown below), then we can click into our upload run, leaving all other options the same, except this time, we can tick the "Autosave" checkbox. Hit "Re Run" as highlighted below, and this will upload and save our benefit upload file.
